Job Description

The Director, 360 Project Management and Marketing Operations is responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, coordination, and operational execution of global marketing communications activations across key channels and workstreams. Reporting to the VP, Global Marketing Communications & Operations, this role serves as the central integrator across campaign pillars, ensuring all initiatives are aligned to briefing strategy, timelines, budgets, and business priorities.

Working in close partnership with Creative and cross-functional teams, this role connects strategy to execution by establishing clear ways of working, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring programs are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. The Director is accountable for strengthening processes, improving visibility and decision-making, and increasing efficiency and consistency across the organization.

This role also leads operational best practices across campaign development and execution, bringing innovation to planning tools, workflows, and delivery models. In parallel, it provides rigorous oversight of external partners and service providers, ensuring strong performance management, clear scopes of work, cost discipline, and high-quality execution in support of global brand objectives.

This is an in-office role based out of our New York City Corporate Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • 360 Project Management & Campaign Orchestration: Own master timelines, end-to-end project schedules, and cross-functional workflows for global marketing initiatives. Act as the central integration hub connecting briefing strategy with creative execution across channels, conducting rigorous brief alignment checks, mitigating operational risks, and ensuring seamless collaboration across internal stakeholders and creative partners
  • Merchandise & Shoot Operations: Oversee merchandise and logistics operations for internal/external photoshoots, product sampling, and inventory controls, ensuring security, compliance, and seamless execution for all brand assets.
  • Media & .com Operations: Ensure streamlined operational excellence across media (print, digital, OOH) and omnichannel creative execution (i.e. Tiffany.com.)
  • External Partner & Vendor Management: Provide rigorous oversight of external providers and agency partners, ensuring strong performance management, strict scope compliance, and cost discipline.
  • Process Optimization & Best Practices: Drive continuous improvement across project management tools, operational frameworks, and workflows to increase alignment, visibility, and efficiency across the board.
  • Social Media Operations: Provide strategic and operational leadership for social media production, ensuring flawless execution of digital and social-first initiatives, calendar adherence, and alignment with global campaign strategies.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lead cross functional teams through transformation and develop highly collaborative teams.
  • Senior leader with significant experience in global marketing project management, operations, or integrated campaign delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional workflows in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong experience partnering with creative teams and managing multiple stakeholders across functions and regions.
  • Demonstrated strength in process design, operational improvement, and external partner management.
  • Excellent communication, judgment, organization, and leadership skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build and develop a high performing and agile team.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $165,000 - $233,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience. Management is also eligible for bonus.
