Le ou la gestionnaire national(e) de l’éducation médicale dirige la planification, le développement et la mise en œuvre d’initiatives d’éducation médicale de haute qualité à l’échelle du Canada, en assurant l’alignement avec les données scientifiques, les priorités de l’entreprise et les exigences réglementaires canadiennes.
Le rôle est principalement axé sur la dermatologie (80 %), avec une contribution additionnelle à d’autres aires thérapeutiques (20 %). Le ou la gestionnaire conçoit et met en œuvre des programmes éducatifs impartiaux et fondés sur des données probantes afin de soutenir l’apprentissage des professionnels de la santé, l’amélioration des pratiques cliniques et les résultats pour les patients. Toutes les activités respectent les normes canadiennes en matière de programmes accrédités et non accrédités, ainsi que les priorités médicales et commerciales d’Organon.
Ce poste d’envergure nationale implique une collaboration étroite avec les équipes basées au siège social de Kirkland (Montréal), Québec. Le travail à distance est possible, à condition d’être régulièrement disponible durant les heures ouvrables du fuseau horaire de l’Est (Montréal).
Le/la titulaire du poste devra faire preuve d'une grande éthique et d'une solide compréhension de l'environnement régissant notre secteur, car il/elle devra accomplir ses tâches d'une manière pleinement conforme au code de conduite, aux politiques, aux procédures et aux normes d’entreprise d'Organon, ainsi qu'à l'ensemble des lois et des réglementations de notre industrie.

The Position
The National Medical Education Manager leads the planning, development, and delivery of high‑quality medical education initiatives across Canada, ensuring alignment with scientific evidence, company priorities, and Canadian regulatory standards.
This role is primarily focused on dermatology (80%), with additional support across other therapeutic areas (20%). The Manager delivers evidence‑based, unbiased educational programs that support healthcare professionals’ (HCP) learning, practice improvement, and improved patient outcomes. All activities align with accredited and non‑accredited education standards in Canada and Organon’s medical and business objectives.
This position is national in scope and works closely with head office–based teams in Kirkland (Montreal), Quebec. The role is eligible for remote work, provided the incumbent is regularly available during Eastern Time (Montreal) business hours.
The incumbent will demonstrate strong ethics and a solid understanding of the environment governing our industry as he/she will be expected to complete his/her tasks in a manner fully consistent with Organon’s Code of conduct, policies, procedures, industry standards and all laws and regulations.
