Ce que vous apporterez

• 5+ années d'expérience professionnelle connexe
• Être membre en règle de l’Ordre des Évaluateurs Agréés avec un portefeuille d’affaires établi
• Esprit collaboratif exceptionnel avec d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles
• Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office
• Expérience avec Argus Enterprise (de préférence)

About you

You have experience in commercial real estate, providing high quality property valuations, market research and business development. You enjoy providing expertise and service excellence to clients, and leverage technology to make yourself more efficient. Company culture is important to you, and you work to grow your relationships and share your ideas to build better processes and procedures.

In this role, you will…

• Demonstrate a passion for producing detailed and quality reports.
• Foster client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Work collaboratively to develop and drive strategic growth in your market by leveraging your expertise.
• Promote and advocate for the Colliers’ brand.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of related work experience
• To be a member in good standing of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec and have an establish business portfolio
• Standout collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Argus Enterprise (preferred)
