Le/la Directeur, Gestion de la croissance du revenu de la marque (RGM), joue un rôle clé dans la stimulation d’une croissance rentable en soutenant le développement et l’exécution des stratégies de prix, de promotion et de portefeuille pour les marques assignées.
Ce rôle est fortement axé sur l’analyse et la collaboration interfonctionnelle, agissant comme un partenaire clé pour les équipes Marketing, Ventes, Finances et RGM des canaux. En plus de contribuer aux processus RGM de base, le rôle dirige également la gouvernance liée à l’innovation (processus NPI) et veille à la solidité des apports financiers et commerciaux dans les décisions d’affaires.

The Manager, Brand Revenue Growth Management (RGM) plays a critical role in driving profitable growth by supporting the development and execution of pricing, promotion, and portfolio strategies across assigned brands.
This role is highly analytical and cross-functional, acting as a key partner to Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Channel RGM teams. While contributing broadly to core RGM processes, the role also leads innovation-related governance (NPI processes) and ensures robust financial and commercial inputs into business decisions.
