Formation et expérience

• Formation : Bac+5 (École d'ingénieurs, ESC ou Master 2 en informatique / management).
• Expérience : Parcours confirmé d’une quinzaine d’années en IT au sein d'un environnement international et multi-entités, ou une expérience en tant que DSI dans une structure de type start up.
• Solide pratique en IT Business Relationship Management (BRM), gouvernance IT ou gestion de transformations transversales.

Compétences attendues

• Culture globale des enjeux DSI (gouvernance, service management, portfolio management, conduite du changement).
• Capacité à appréhender rapidement des environnements techniques et applicatifs complexes.
• Capacité à négocier, fédérer et convaincre sans autorité hiérarchique directe.
• Posture d'écoute, diplomatie, orientation client/partenaire et assertivité.
• Aisance avérée dans un contexte multiculturel.
• Français et anglais courant (écrit et oral) indispensables. La maîtrise d'une troisième langue, espagnol ou allemand, est un plus.
