Superviser, organiser et coordonner l'ensemble du service en salle et au bar (déjeuner et dîner)
Encadrer, motiver et former une équipe engagée pour garantir une expérience client d'exception.
Être garant(e) de la qualité des prestations : mise en place, propreté, atmosphère, déroulement du service.
Gérer les plannings de l'équipe de salle et de sommellerie.
Assurer une communication fluide avec la cuisine, la réception et la direction.
Superviser également le service du petit déjeuner pour les clients de l'hôtel.
Expérience confirmée à un poste similaire au sein dune maison gastronomique étoilée (idéalement 2 ou 3 étoiles).
Sens du détail, de l'organisation et de l'excellence dans le service.
Leadership naturel, capacité à fédérer une équipe autour dune vision commune.
Attitude exemplaire et bienveillante, sens de l'hospitalité.
Excellente communication et maîtrise de l'anglais.
Adhésion aux valeurs dune maison familiale, avec une volonté de s'inscrire dans la durée.
