Enseigne internationale en pleine croissance dans l’univers du design, du mobilier contemporain et de la décoration intérieure, notre client cherche un(e) Store Manager passionné(e) pour piloter l'un des points de vente stratégiques en France.
Vos missions :
Rattaché(e) à la direction Retail, vous êtes garant(e) de la performance commerciale, de la satisfaction client et du bon fonctionnement quotidien du point de vente.
Management & leadership :
Encadrer, former et animer une équipe de conseillers(ères) de vente.
Créer un environnement motivant, inspirant et exigeant.
Développement commercial :
Atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires et de KPIs.
Optimiser les ventes grâce à une approche personnalisée, inspirée de l’univers du design.
Gestion opérationnelle :
Superviser les flux de marchandises, les stocks, les implantations produits.
Garantir l’excellence opérationnelle du magasin (standards visuels, merchandising, gestion des SAV...).
Expérience client :
Offrir un accueil premium et personnalisé, dans l’esprit de la marque.
Développer la fidélisation et l’omnicanalité.
Profil recherché :
- Expérience significative (3 à 5 ans minimum) en gestion de point de vente dans l’univers de l’ameublement, de la décoration, du lifestyle ou de la mode premium.
- Goût prononcé pour le design, la décoration intérieure et les tendances.
- Leadership naturel, sens du commerce et forte orientation résultats.
- Excellente présentation, sens du service et très bon relationnel.
- Maîtrise des outils de reporting et sens de l’organisation.
- Anglais obligatoire.
