Notre client, un acteur majeur et leader français de la distribution de produits culturels et de loisirs créatifs, recherche : Un directeur de magasin H/F - Mobilité Ile de France
Dans ce rôle, vous incarnez le pilotage global du point de vente et l’animation des équipes autour de la performance commerciale et de la satisfaction client.
Vos missions:
Développer la performance commerciale du magasin et piloter son activité
Garantir la bonne gestion économique et la rentabilité du compte d’exploitation
Animer et accompagner les équipes vers la montée en autonomie et en compétence
Fédérer les collaborateurs autour d’un projet commercial et humain fort
Développer la dynamique client et l’expérience en point de vente
Votre profil
Vous êtes un(e) leader terrain, orienté(e) commerce et performance, avec une forte capacité à embarquer les équipes.
Une sensibilité pour les univers culturels et créatifs (lecture, musique, loisirs créatifs, etc.) est un vrai plus, en lien avec les clients et les équipes.
Évolution
Le poste ouvre des perspectives d’évolution vers des fonctions de management régional ou vers des métiers siège (offre, produit, digital, etc.).
Rémunération & avantages
Rémunération fixe annuelle (selon profil)
Variable pouvant atteindre environ 2 mois de salaire
