You will be working within the North-East interregional management team of CDC Habitat, based in Strasbourg and organized into a network of rental management agencies located in Strasbourg, Dijon, Metz, Lille, Quetigny, and Nogent-sur-Oise, as well as local offices in Dijon and Metz. Our 300 employees manage and develop a portfolio of over 25,000 social, intermediate, and affordable housing units intended for families, students, young professionals, senior citizens, and vulnerable individuals and/or people with disabilities.

Reporting to the Director of Global Management and Operations, the Branch Manager organizes and manages all activities of the Dijon branch.
The main responsibilities are:
- To lead a team of around thirty employees.
-Organize and manage rental management activities (control the budget for rents, charges, vacancies, unpaid rent, and quality of service)
- Organize and lead the allocation committees for the heritage of his sector.
- Implement all the constitutive acts of management: allocations, signing of leases, liquidation of notices, collection of rents and charges, litigation, regularization of charges.
- Monitor the agency's rental products (analyze the agency's monthly dashboards) and define the action plans necessary to achieve the objectives
- Represent the company at meetings with tenant associations and public institutions.
Ensure good relations with institutional clients (Ministry of the Armed Forces, EDF, etc.) Supervise commitments and budget monitoring for minor repairs and routine maintenance of the Agency within the framework of asset management of its portfolio.
Ensure that the assets in your sector are maintained in a marketable condition.
Bac + 2/3 level training: BTS real estate professions, professional license (accounting-management, real estate law, real estate asset management, law and economics applied to real estate)
Master 's degree (Bac +5 level)

Elle remplit trois missions : un rôle de représentation nationale auprès des pouvoirs publics,
des médias, des milieux professionnels et de l’opinion publique ; une mission de réflexion, d’analyse et d’étude sur tous les dossiers
relatifs à l’habitat et l’élaboration de propositions pour une politique sociale de l’habitat ; une fonction d’information, de conseil et
d’assistance auprès des organismes Hlm afin de faciliter, rationaliser et développer leurs activités et leurs compétences professionnelles.
