Do you have a passion for creating exceptional African safari experiences?

We're looking for an experienced
Direct Travel Specialist
to join a leading luxury travel company, designing unforgettable journeys across Southern and East Africa.

• Design and plan tailor-made safari itineraries

• Handle reservations from enquiry through to final documentation

• Deliver outstanding service to direct guests

• Build destination knowledge and provide expert travel advice

• Work collaboratively within a dynamic reservations team

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' reservations experience within a tour operating environment

Strong knowledge of Southern & East African destinations

Experience creating FIT itineraries from quotation through to travel documentation

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Tourplan experience will be a distinct advantage

Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
