As an direct tax executive of the company, you will help leading organizations to identify risk areas and sustainable planning opportunities for indirect taxes throughout the tax life cycle. This will involve devising and providing recommendations to address a wide range of issues and problems and helping to meet the compliance obligations and business goals around the company.
Responsible for managing direct tax compliance, tax planning, audits, financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Key duties include preparing and filing tax returns, TDS/TCS returns, tax audits, transfer pricing reports, advance tax calculations, handling tax assessments and litigation, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring compliance with direct and indirect tax laws. The role also supports financial planning, budgeting, internal controls, insurance renewals, audit coordination, and management reporting. Requires strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, accounting standards, SAP, MS Office (Advanced Excel), and excellent communication and reporting skills.
Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Commerce or Chartered Accountant (ICAI- CA Inter) Prefered
Minimum 3 - 5 years prefered industries FMCG & Pharma or from Manufacturing Industry (Turnover 250 Crores and above)
CA or CA Inter
The candiate should have exposure into manufacturing industries, the position will be based out at our Delhi office in Aerocity Location and will report to CFO.
