Siffrin is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Substitute Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. About the Role: As a Substitute DSP, you will support individuals in their homes and communities, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. This is an on-call, as-needed position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the human services field. Responsibilities May Include: - Assisting with daily living activities (e.g., personal care, meal preparation, medication administration) - Supporting individuals in pursuing their personal goals and interests - Facilitating community integration and participation in social activities - Providing transportation to appointments and community outings - Maintaining a safe and supportive living environment - Documenting services provided and reporting any changes in individuals' status
