
Direct Support Professional II
Pay: $20.50-$24.50/awake hours (see below for range details) ; $17.50/asleep hours

Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, except the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non–Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard.
All asleep hours are paid at a flat rate of $17.50/hour
