
The Arc of Ocean County is hiring compassionate and dependable Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide awake overnight support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in residential homes throughout Ocean County.
While others are asleep, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, secure, and comfortable environment where individuals can rest peacefully. From responding to overnight needs and completing wellness checks to preparing residents for a successful morning, your work helps ensure quality care continues around the clock.

Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
Shift: Awake Overnight | 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
Location: Ocean County, New Jersey
Starting Pay: $20.70 per hour
Opportunity to Earn: Up to $24.70 per hour through applicable shift differentials and overtime opportunities
Weekend Availability Required
Important: Overnight staff are required to remain awake and actively engaged throughout the entire shift.
