We're looking for a Direct Support Professional to join our passionate and growing team at our Adult Day Service in Canton. What You'll Do

You'll be a key part of our mission to create a vibrant and inclusive community. Your day could include:

• Empowering Independence: You'll help individuals build essential life skills, from mastering daily routines to navigating the community with confidence.
• Creating Connections: You'll schedule and accompany people on exciting community outings, from exploring local parks to attending social events. You'll be the bridge that connects them to the world around them.
• Celebrating Achievements: You'll support individuals in reaching their unique goals, whether it's learning a new skill, finding a hobby, or simply enjoying a day out. Every step forward is a victory to be celebrated!
• Being a Role Model: You'll provide a positive and respectful presence, helping to guide and support individuals in their social interactions and personal growth.

Qualifications

The Details

• Schedule: Full-time or Part-time shifts available. Day Service operates Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required. You must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check. Candidates willing to obtain a DOT certification preferred. While experience is a plus, we welcome candidates with a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn.
