What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and household tasks
• Encourage community involvement, recreation, and social engagement
• Help individuals achieve personal goals and increase independence
• Administer medications as trained and authorized
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records
• Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and team members

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

• Compassionate and dependable attitude
• Age 18 or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass background screenings and pre-employment requirements
