BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join the team in and around Columbia and Montour County, PA! BAYADA’s special needs aides - DSPs - work 1:1 in home and community settings as a companion and mentor. We specialize in assisting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities reach their full potential!

Make an Impact:

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, hygiene)
• Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
• Accompany clients on errands, appointments, and community integration activities
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies

• Competitive pay rates with a weekly pay schedule
• Flexible scheduling (various shifts)
• Short commute times (we try to match opportunities near your home)
• Mileage reimbursement

Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:

• One year experience working or volunteering with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older

• Type: Part Time (full time equivalent available!) - Days and Evenings
• Pay: $17.50 and up based on experience
