What you’ll be doing
As a Direct Support Professional, you will support adults with disabilities in building independence and participating fully in their communities.
This is a community-based role and includes regular driving between locations.
: What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a positive impact.
Previous experience in caregiving, social work, life skills coaching, education, or volunteering is a plus, but not required.

Over 40 years ago, eight adults with disabilities in San Diego County embarked on a path toward universal social equality. Today this journey has become Options For All. Since our inception in 1985, we now serve 1,500+ adults with disabilities across the state of California with more than eight innovative programs.
