About Options For All

Options For All (OFA) is a California, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, dedicated to creating and supporting opportunities for adults with disabilities in making choices to live, work, and enjoy life in their community with dignity and respect.

Over 40 years ago, eight adults with disabilities in San Diego County embarked on a path toward universal social equality. Today this journey has become Options For All. Since our inception in 1985, we now serve 1,500+ adults with disabilities across the state of California with more than eight innovative programs.

Values at Options For All:

Do the Right Thing

Doing the right thing means choosing honesty, fairness, and accountability even when it is difficult. We hold ourselves to high ethical standards because our clients, employees, and communities deserve nothing less.

Put People First

Putting people first means supporting our employees as whole individuals and ensuring adults with disabilities have the resources, respect, and opportunities they need to thrive. Every program, policy, and decision starts with care for people.

Foster an Environment of Diversity and Belonging

This value means creating spaces where every voice is heard, every perspective is valued, and every individual can show up as their authentic self. Inclusion is not just a priority at OFA, it defines who we are.

Take Accountability

Taking accountability means owning our actions, learning from mistakes, and honoring commitments to each other and those we serve. We measure success not only by outcomes but by how responsibly and transparently we achieve them.

Manage Effectively

For us, this means leading with clarity, using resources wisely, and empowering teams to succeed. We believe great management creates stability, builds trust, and allows both employees and clients to flourish.

If you align with any of our values above, you are in the right place!
