Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Bakersfield, CA •
Pay: $16.90- $18.50/hour (based on certifications and Locations)
Schedule: NOC/PM Shifts •
Job Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing
✨ Supporting individuals with daily routines and life goals
✨ Helping with personal care (grooming, hygiene, dressing)
✨ Going on community outings, activities, and social events
✨ Preparing meals and keeping the home safe and clean
✨ Providing encouragement, structure, and positivity
✨ Driving company vehicles when needed
✨ Being an advocate and trusted support

What We’re Looking For
✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ 1+ year caregiving experience (preferred but not required)
✔ DSP Year 1 & 2 / CPI certifications (or willing to get them!)
✔ First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
✔ 21+ years old with a valid CA Driver’s License
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
✔ Ability to pass a background check
