Job Description

Location: Titusville PA

Status: Part-Time Hourly

FLSA classification: Non-Exempt

Schedule: Flexible hours - possible for up to 40 hours per week.

Summary of Position: The Direct Support Professional is an hourly, part-time role dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of adults with developmental disabilities.

  • Provide compassionate, person-centered care in home or community settings, ensuring the health and well-being of individuals.
  • Assist with daily living activities: hygiene, meals, and medication reminders.
  • Support individuals in achieving personal goals and participating in social activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Additional coursework or certification in human services or related fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • CPR/First Aid certification or willing to obtain
  • Proficient computer skills required; experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage is required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
