Compensation
This is a Full-Time, Non-Exempt position.
You will be paid an hourly rate of [HOURLY RATE] per hour, plus applicable shift differentials, paid bi-weekly through Direct Deposit. All compensation is subject to applicable taxes and withholdings. Shift differentials are subject to change at Oak Hill's discretion.

You will accrue:
• 15 vacation days (120 hours) annually
• 15 sick days annually
• 3 personal days (24 hours) per fiscal year
Vacation accrual increases to 20 days annually following your five-year anniversary. PTO usage and carryover provisions are subject to applicable Oak Hill policies.

Union Membership
As a condition of employment, you are required to either join the New England Health Care Employees Union, District 1199 or pay a representation fee in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Additional information will be provided during New Employee Orientation.
At-Will Employment
Your employment with Oak Hill is at will, meaning that either you or Oak Hill may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without notice, and for any lawful reason. Orientation and Training

Contingencies
This offer is contingent upon successfully completing Oak Hill's background screening requirements, including verification of:
• Education credentials
• Driving history
• Employment history
• Professional references
• National Search through DDS, DCF, FBI Databases
You must also authorize required state and federal background screening processes as required by Oak Hill policies and applicable regulations. Failure to meet onboarding deadlines, attend required appointments, or maintain communication during the onboarding process may result in withdrawal of this offer.

Fingerprinting (If Applicable)

New Employee Orientation (NEO)
To attend NEO, you must be fully cleared through all background screening and hiring requirements. You will receive email confirmation of your clearance during the week before your projected start date. If you do not receive this communication, please contact your Recruiter or the Training Department.

Additional Training
Job Shadow Training
Following NEO, employees who work in program locations must complete site-specific training within their department or assigned work site. Employees in Community Programs and Oak Hill School must also complete person-specific training to understand the needs of the individuals and students they support.
This training is coordinated with the employee's supervisor and focuses on program-specific responsibilities and expectations.
