Position Details:

Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) interact and support our individuals in a variety of potential settings and provide a level of care that enhances the health, safety, dignity, and contentment of every individual served by assisting and training them in the areas of personal care, communication, and social skill development.

Earn $24.00/hour without your RBT. We offer training and support to help you earn your RBT certification. Once certified, you’ll receive a $2/hour increase, bringing your rate to $26/hour.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a verifiable High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must have at least 6 months of experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities, with a focus on behavioral services
• 
  Merakey provides the training and support needed to complete DSP 1, DSP 2, and RBT certifications—all required within 12 months of hire.
