As a Caregiver, you will assist with daily routines, personal care, and household tasks while promoting each resident’s independence and quality of life. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, empathetic, and committed to making a positive impact in a home-based care setting.

Job Functions:

• Provide the personal care and support to clients who live in the home
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies

COMPENSATION:

• Base Pay: $17.50 per hour

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver's license is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) preferred, especially personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing
• Prior experience in a caregiving, personal care assistant, or home health aide role is a PLUS!
