Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Exceptional interpersonal communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to work on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on a given assignments. Ability to resolve non-routine situations properly. Ability to manage multiple and sometimes confliction priorities.

Delta has been commended for our steadfast commitment to the inclusion of fathers in our service delivery models for families and children and we're a designated 3FA (Father Friendly Flagship) agency.
