DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
Available Full Time Position Saturday - Wednesday 1st Shift, 32 hrs/wk with some Community Habilitation Hours.
What is a Direct Support Professional (DSP)?
Our DSPs play an important role in the lives of people with intellectual or developmental disabilities who receive supports from Greystone Programs. You will engage in a variety of work activities that teach important life skills to help people enhance their independence, achieve personal goals, meet their healthcare needs, participate in life enriching activities, be active in their local community and live their fullest life possible.
Typical tasks a DSP will do during the course of their shift include hands-on support and instruction, providing transportation using our vehicles, assisting people in maintaining their living environment, preparing meals, administering medication and helping people enhance their communication skills.
This is a Co-Ed location with 6 people in their 20's and 30's. They enjoy music and spending time with family.

We offer Community Habilitation, and Day Habilitation; as well as In-Home Behavior Therapy; Children’s Waiver Services and Family Education and Training. Additionally, we host social skills development groups, recreation programs, weekend respite, and after school and school break programs.
