We are currentlyhiring forboth our Day Programand our Residential Homes, offering flexibility based on your interests, experience, and schedule.

WhatYou’llDo:

Day Program Role (30 hours/week)

As a Day Program Direct Support Associate,you’llsupport individuals as theyparticipatein engaging, community-based, andskillbuildingactivities such as:

  • Vocational tasks

  • Volunteerism

  • Outings and integrative community experiences

Your responsibilities will range from providing general supervision to offeringhandoverhandassistance, always ensuring each person receives the individualized support they need to succeed.

Looking for a full 40-hour week?Start in the Day Program and add up to 10additionalhoursinone of our residential homes.

Residential Role (Full-Time, Part-Time)

As a Residential Direct Support Associate,you’llhelp create a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for adults with developmental disabilities and varying medical needs. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication administration

  • Assistingwith lifting, transferring, and mobility

  • Light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry

  • Accompanying individuals to appointments, activities, and community events

  • Following personalized care plans

  • Completing daily documentation on a computer or tablet

  • Participating in trainings such as conflict resolution and behavioral health safety

WhatWe’reLooking For

We welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path. Ideal candidates may have experience as a:

  • Direct Support Professional (DSP)

  • Residential Counselor

  • Caregiver

  • Behavior Technician

  • Support Counselor

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 18 years of age

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance

  • Prior direct care/direct support experience preferred, but notrequired

Compensation:

  • Day Program$19-$23hourly, dependent upon program needs.

  • Residential:$21 - $22.62 hourly,dependentupon program needs.
