
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We’re seeking Direct Support Associates to join our program and help individuals thrive in their communities. In this role, you’ll work alongside adults with diverse abilities and needs, supporting them as they engage in meaningful, integrative activities that promote independence.
You’ll gain hands-on experience by assisting individuals during vocational tasks, cooking classes, yoga sessions, and other community-based activities. Your responsibilities will vary from providing supervision to offering hand-over-hand assistance, ensuring each person receives the support they need to succeed.
If you have experience as a Direct Support Professional, Caregiver, or Support Counselor, or you’re eager to begin a rewarding career in Human Services, this role is for you!
Compensation $19/hr
Qualifications:
Minimum 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
High School Diploma or GED

Hours: Per-diem, as needed
