About the Role

We are looking for a Direct Ship Order Specialist to support the execution and day-to-day operations of YETI’s international distributor direct ship program. This role is responsible for managing the order pipeline, coordinating cross-functional handoffs, and ensuring timely, proactive communication related to order status, delays, and issue resolution.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end order pipeline for international direct ship distributor orders, from order entry through shipment and delivery

  • Proactively communicate order status updates, delays, and issues to distributors and internal stakeholders, setting clear expectations and next steps
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Credit, Operations, Logistics, Supply Planning, Trade Compliance, and Commercial to resolve order-related issues efficiently
  • Execute established escalation paths for non-routine order issues, partnering with the Direct Ship Program Manager as needed
  • Maintain accurate order documentation and ensure data integrity across systems and tracking tools
  • Track and report on order-level metrics such as backlog, cycle time, on-time shipment, and exception trends
  • Support distributor onboarding and ongoing enablement by reinforcing order processes, requirements, and timelines
  • Identify recurring order issues and provide input and recommendations to improve processes, tools, and communication workflows
  • Support documentation of standard operating procedures related to order management and cross-functional coordination
  • Deliver consistent, professional, and solutions-oriented interactions that reflect YETI’s brand standards

What You Bring

  • Greater than 2 years of relevant experience in Order Management, Operations, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, or Sales Support
  • Working knowledge of order-to-fulfillment or order-to-cash processes, ideally in a distributor or global environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to follow established processes while independently managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve non-routine order issues using sound judgment
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with internal partners and external distributors
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build productive working relationships across functions
  • Self-starter who takes ownership of assigned responsibilities and adapts to shifting priorities
  • Be a steward of and maintain the YETI Brand
