The Direct Services Case Worker will directly interact with the Osage Nation constituents who request assistance in regards to available direct services, i.e.; Burial Assistance, Regional Gathering Fund and general request/referral for Osage Nation Services Information and efficiently execute requests for services. Must have a genuine concern for constituent requests and be dedicated to fulfill their needs.

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Management or related field preferred
• At least 1 to 2 years of executive, managerial, office environment experience preferred
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance that positively represents the Nation
• Must maintain confidentiality at all times
• Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics
• Requires a high level of problem solving skills
• Requires ability to use all Microsoft Office Suite programs and internet
• Must possess excellent and accurate typing skills
• Requires proficient use of office equipment (Voice messaging system, Fax, Copier, Computer)
• Requires good interpersonal communication and team work skills
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing
• Must have a clean driving record and valid license – may be required to drive GSA or tribal vehicles
• Must be able to lift, push, kneel, bend, reach overhead, and pull/carry up to 25 lbs.
