The Acquisition Group, in partnership with TELUS Communications, is seeking motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Representatives in Vancouver. This opportunity is ideal for students or individuals preparing for the upcoming academic term who want to earn competitive income while developing valuable professional skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Sales Engagement: Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce and promote telecommunications products and services to prospective customers.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of TELUS offerings to confidently address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Build and maintain a pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Sales Process Management: Guide customers from initial interaction through to successful conversion.
  • Relationship Building: Establish trust with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Performance Tracking: Accurately document sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary students encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Interest in telecommunications and customer service.
  • Previous sales experience is an asset but not required (training provided).
  • Availability for full-time or part-time work (minimum of 4 consecutive weekdays).

What We Offer
  • Performance-Based Compensation: Uncapped commission-based pay structure, dependent on commission rates associated with a successfully sold product.
  • Start in May and earn up to $2,400 in training bonuses during your first month, in addition to commission. Performance-based eligibility applies.
