Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Direct Sales Agents to promote and sell financial products directly to customers. This is a field-oriented role ideal for individuals passionate about sales and motivated by performance-based income.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and sell financial products such as loans, savings, and investment packages.
• Source potential clients through fieldwork, local activations, and referrals.
• Educate clients on product features, benefits, and application procedures.
• Assist customers in completing applications and submitting required documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of customer information.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide support throughout the sales process.
• Collect and report feedback from customers to help improve product offerings.
• Attend training sessions and participate in performance reviews as required.

Knowledge & Experience

• Previous experience in sales, especially in the financial services sector, is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a field-based role and meeting sales targets.
• Basic understanding of financial products is a plus.

Compensation Structure:

• Strictly Commission-Based: Earnings depend on the volume and value of products sold.
