Job Description

• Maintain and update monthly pricing database and standard cost information.
• Review and verify supplier quotations, invoices, and price adjustments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform pricing checks to identify discrepancies between purchase orders and supplier invoices.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and participate in supplier price negotiations.
• Monitor engineering or specification changes and ensure correct cost updates.

• Source reliable and cost-effective suppliers for direct materials and indirect purchases.
• Manage daily purchasing activities, including issuing purchase orders and coordinating delivery schedules.
• Work closely with Engineering and internal stakeholders to align material specifications and requirements.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with suppliers

• Conduct cost analysis and track savings initiatives.
• Monitor cost performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly procurement and cost reports.
• Assist in consolidating data and preparing presentations for management review.

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years' experience. 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Proficient in Excel (data analysis skills are an advantage).
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Experience working in the semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
