We’re looking for a field-first leader to coach, develop, and drive performance for our Marysville Direct Marketing team.

This is not a desk job. Leadership here happens in the field.

You’ll spend meaningful time alongside your team, developing people, reinforcing expectations, solving problems, and creating an environment where high performance becomes the standard.

You’ll lead Direct Marketers who engage homeowners face-to-face, create interest in Renewal by Andersen, and generate qualified appointments for our sales organization. Your success will come from developing your people, improving performance, and building a culture where accountability, energy, and consistent execution coexist.

What You’ll Own

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Direct Marketers
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance against key production goals
• Spend meaningful time in the field training, coaching, and reinforcing expectations
• Build a culture of accountability, competition, recognition, and consistent execution
• Partner with leadership on staffing, performance improvement, and overall team growth

You’ll know you’re succeeding when:

• Your team consistently achieves appointment, demo, and sales-production goals
• New hires ramp quickly and develop strong fundamentals
• Individual marketer performance improves through your coaching
• Standards are clear and accountability is consistent
• Your team is competitive, engaged, and proud of what it produces

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in canvassing, direct marketing, sales, or another performance-driven environment
• Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and hold people accountable
• Comfortable managing to measurable goals and giving direct, actionable feedback
• Organized, resilient, competitive, and effective in a fast-paced field environment
• A consistent leader who brings integrity, urgency, and positive energy to the team

Canvassing leadership experience is strongly preferred, but we’ll also consider proven leaders from other high-performance sales environments.
