We are looking for a Client Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent client service and end-to-end campaign management, leading multiple data-driven direct marketing projects concurrently. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, translate business needs into actionable plans, manage project scope and delivery, and ensure campaigns are executed to agreed quality, cost, and profitability standards.

This role also requires the ability to understand Broadridge pricing models, project costs accurately, and lead campaigns involving operations such as data processing, programming, and tabulation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple concurrent direct marketing campaigns, including schedules, quotations, scope changes, timelines, risks, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including planners, creative teams, technical teams, operations, and third-party suppliers, to deliver campaigns aligned to client needs
  • Lead campaign operations involving data processing, programming, tabulation, and direct mail production routes, ensuring the best approach for each project
  • Monitor quality, cost, profitability, and overall project contribution, using strong commercial judgment and an understanding of Broadridge pricing models and cost projections
  • Negotiate successfully with clients and external suppliers on timing, cost, and delivery expectations while helping improve processes and team effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered
  • 5–7 years of experience in the insurance or mutual fund industry
  • Proven experience managing complex, data-driven direct marketing campaigns and multiple parallel projects with changing scope
  • Strong client relationship management and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across creative, technical, and operational teams
  • Experience preparing schedules, quotations, internal data briefs, and managing campaign scope, delivery, and profitability
  • Understanding of campaign operations, including data processing, programming, tabulation, direct mail production routes, postal services, and DSA providers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
