We’re looking for a Direct Marketing Executive to join our team, with a focus on driving customer renewals and retention.
What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll play a key part in delivering targeted renewal campaigns and communications that keep our customers engaged and coming back. We’re also in an exciting phase of our digital enhancement journey, making this a great time to join and be part of shaping how we engage with customers in smarter, more effective ways.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating and executing renewal marketing activity across multiple customer channels. From building and deploying campaigns to managing collateral and working with internal teams and suppliers, you’ll ensure our renewal communications are delivered seamlessly and effectively. This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious, insight-driven, and eager to develop their marketing skills in a supportive team environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Executing customer renewal campaigns across channels including email, SMS, and direct mail
Supporting the delivery and optimisation of renewal and retention communications
Working with customer data and campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement
Coordinating campaign briefs, timelines, and stakeholders to deliver activity on schedule
Managing updates to marketing collateral and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
Collaborating with internal teams (Membership, Brand & Content, Contact Centres, and more)
Liaising with agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality campaign outputs
Supporting reporting and performance tracking of renewal activity

An interest in using data and insights to improve campaign performance
Great communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
