DJTC is a secure residential program for at-risk male youth ages 18-21, located outside of Dermott, AR. Through our trained programming for staff, DJTC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training program, medical and an outdoor recreation area. Pay $17.75 - $18.82 per hour based on education and experience. Schedule includes 4 hours of guaranteed overtime each pay period

To be considered you should: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
Schedule: Nights -4 days on/3 off – Days 31/2 days on/31/2 off
Day Shift: 7am – 9pm (14 -hour shift *2 -hour break *) Night Shift: 9pm – 7am (10 -hour shift *No -hour break *)
