Job Shift: DaySUMMARY:
The Direct Data Associate is responsible for working directly with the Campaign Coordinator to support daily adjustments to lead appetite, using acquisition cost metrics and production performance data. The Direct Data Associate will also work with the Campaign Coordinator to improve agency operations through data analysis and by developing dashboards and other reporting or display tools that help Direct Administration make data-informed decisions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Monitor direct carrier and INSURiConnect to Direct data, reporting trends, issues, etc.
- Look for lead trends in close ratios, declines, volume, NAICS, best performing codes, least successful codes, etc. to support lead buying decisions
- Build requested/required reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI and monitor daily
- Keep management informed on call quality and customer facing KPI’s, and create dashboards and reporting to enable real-time monitoring
- Work with the book of business data to create dashboards and reporting to enable focus on the most profitable segments of the business
- Report to the Campaign Coordinator on a regular basis regarding updates, issues, etc., specific to lead providers and lead sources
- Provide consistent disposition reporting and updates for lead providers
- Support other data needs for Direct leadership for Direct P&C and EB, as needed
- Assist Direct Administration with data analytics for colleague scorecards
- Effectively monitor and update various duties and projects with Direct leadership within Monday.com
- Assist in Direct tasks on a campaign basis, such as cleaning the prospect list, Excel reports, and data clean-up
- Monitor campaign data, reporting trends, issues, etc.
- Review all activities relating to the public, customers, and companies to avoid issues involving potential errors and omissions
- Participate in seminars and other training to maintain required licenses and for knowledge and skill development

QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent PC skills, with a focus on the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) and the ability to work with agency management systems and instructional software
- Excellent Salesforce and Power BI skills, with the ability to export reports and create pivot tables as needed
- Strong customer relationship management system background
- Ability to work effectively with data tools to create effective and useful data displays
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, changing priority environment
- Self-motivated, with the initiative to prioritize and be self-directed
- Regular and punctual attendance is required
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both colleagues and managers, across all levels
- Ability to promote and maintain a team environment, willing to find accommodating solutions for our customers, companies and the Agency
- Ability to successfully adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as maintain strict confidentiality
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 – 3 years of previous marketing/data review experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, information technology, or other related field, preferred

- Fast-paced, multi-tasking, office environment with periodic high disruption and changing priorities
- Ability to perform approximately 80% sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and negligible force frequently
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
