Job Description

  1. Melakukan monitoring performance dari channel akusisi cabang/network, Direct Sales, Virtual Sales, Telesales dan channel lainnya dan membuat laporan bulanan atas hasil dari channel yang menjadi tanggungjawabnya.
  2. Berkolaborasi dengan Unit Bisnis WPB, Funding, Network dan lain-lain terkait program bundling program akuisis penjualan produk funding, kartu kredit dan KTA secara lebih baik dan memastikan program tersebut berjalan sesuai dengan yg diharapkan.
  3. Memastikan bahwa aktivitas akusisi dan pemasaran produk funding, Kartu Kredit dan KTA dari channel yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya berjalan dengan baik dan telah mengikuti aturan yang sudah ditentukan.
  4. Berkoordinasi dengan unit-unit terkait (RCRM, RCI, Liabilities, SLD, EMB, WPB, Ops, IT dan lain-lain) dengan memberikan usulan Program, Pengembangan operasional untuk mencapai memudahkan process pemasaran dalam mencapai target Akuisisi
  5. Membuat program program marketing yang menarik, efektif dan efisien sehingga dapat meningkatan pengajuan akuisisi produk funding, kartu kredit dan KTA OCBC
  6. Menyiapkan laporan laporan bulanan terkait performance akusisi dari semua channel yang menjadi tanggungjawabnya dan melakukan bulanan meeting dengan semua team akusisi untuk pencapaian target KPI sales.
  7. Menyiapkan dokumen untuk aktivitas dan kebutuhan penjualan setiap Sales channel yaitu Policy & Prosedur, Memo Budget tahunan, Memo KPI dan insentif serta Motivational Program.
  8. Sebagai project leader untuk berbagai inisiatif dalam rangka mendukung pencapaian target Sales.

Job Qualification :

  • Pendidikan minimum S1 dari semua jurusan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja 3 tahun di sales perbankan/ acquisition program atau sales program.
