Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide support with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisory staff.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in healthcare, home care, or related field is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Compassionate attitude with a commitment to client dignity and respect.
• Reliable and punctual with good time management skills.
• Must be able to pass background checks.
