Allica is the UK’s fastest growing company - and the fastest-growing financial technology (Fintech) firm ever. Our purpose is to help established SMEs, one of the last major underserved opportunities in Fintech.
Established SMEs are the backbone of local communities - representing over a third of our economy - yet have been largely neglected both by traditional high street banks and modern fintech providers.
Allica exists for the half a million or so established SMEs with typically 5 to 100 employees. These SMEs are a crucial pillar of the UK’s prosperity - representing more than a quarter of all turnover and jobs - yet are increasingly neglected by traditional high street banks.
Our Distribution team at Allica have grown rapidly over the last 4 years since the acquisition of the AIB GB UK SME customer portfolio, expanding to give a Relationship Manager presence for established SMEs all across the UK. They are responsible for the development and execution of the commercial strategy for the bank, generating profitable opportunities from supporting our customers.
Our vision is to reimagine Relationship Banking for established SMEs, through the very best people and digital tools. We don’t pretend to have all the answers yet, and you will play a role in shaping our new offering. The direct asset finance team are early in their journey but are growing all the time, the successful candidate will be as excited as we are to continue building and expanding this offering for established SMEs.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role will support the delivery of Allica’s Asset Finance product direct to customers. You will deliver a professional relationship management service to customers by providing an exemplary level of customer service to assist in maximising value to Allica, and customers.
You will be the first point of contact for all inbound Asset Finance enquiries and will work closely with a team of locally based Relationship Managers to ensure that all customers receive exemplary service. You will be an expert on all things Allica Bank Asset Finance, feeding back to product teams on how we can improve from customer insights, and making sure that the Relationship Teams are fully up to speed on the latest offerings.

🏆 The UK’s #1 fastest-growing private company (The Sunday Times 100, 2024)
🚀 One of LinkedIn’s Top UK Startups and Deloitte’s fastest-growing UK fintech ever
🌟 Rated ‘Excellent’ on Trustpilot
Allica is a bank built especially for established businesses with between 5 and 250 employees.
A third of the UK’s economy depends on these businesses, yet they’re overlooked by the big banks with a service that is increasingly impersonal, inconvenient, and poor value. We’re here to change that.
Allica Bank is on a mission to give established businesses the banking they deserve. That means:
- a current account that rewards business owners for using it.
- a relationship manager whose name and number they actually know.
- powerful tools and technology that make life easier, not harder.
It’s proving to be a winning combination. Allica was named as Britain's fastest-growing private company in 2024’s The Sunday Times 100, and we’re also the fastest-growing fintech in the 26-year history of Deloitte’s UK Technology Fast 50 awards. Since we opened our doors in 2020, Allica has lent over £3 billion to established UK businesses and raised £4 billion in deposits.
From our offices in Milton Keynes, London and Manchester, we’re offering business banking how it used to be, just better.
