Job Description

Lead and manage a team supporting front-to-back trade lifecycle processes
Oversee allocation booking, confirmation matching, and settlement readiness
Ensure proactive pre-matching and follow-ups to minimize settlement risk
Partner with global stakeholders (front office, csg, setts,msfs & pb) for seamless execution
Drive client onboarding support, including account setup readiness
Monitor and improve STP rates, timeliness metrics, and operational KPIs Business & Control Impact
Protects client service quality and strengthens Morgan Stanley
positioning in Asia cash equities
Supports regulatory compliance through timely and accurate lifecycle processing
Enhances operational resilience via dedicated leadership and risk ownership
Enables scalable growth aligned with increasing client demand and market activity Risk of Not Hiring Failure to onboard this role may lead to
SLA Breaches: Increased risk of delays in allocation booking and confirmation processing
Settlement Risk: Higher settlement fails due to insufficient pre-matching and follow-ups, with potential P&L impact
Onboarding Delays: Slower account setup affecting client go-live timelines and revenue realization
Capacity Constraints: Overstretched team leading to higher error rates and control gaps Client Impact: Decline in broker performance metrics, adversely impacting client satisfaction and wallet share 1.End-to-End Ownership: The role will provide dedicated ownership across trade capture, allocation management, confirmations, pre-matching, and settlement follow-ups, ensuring consistency and accountability across the lifecycle.
2. Client-Centric Coverage: Direct engagement with both focus and non-focus clients to deliver timely, accurate service in a high-sensitivity environment.
3. Product & Market Complexity: Asia cash equity markets present increasing complexity (multiple markets, cut-offs, regulatory nuances), requiring experienced oversight.
4. Scalable Support for Growth: Volumes and client expectations continue to rise, necessitating additional leadership capacity to sustain service levels and enable business expansion
