Your Role:

  • Create engaging, play-based programs that inspire children’s learning and curiosity.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Support social, emotional, and cognitive development in an inclusive environment.
  • Contribute your ideas, creativity, and expertise to continually improve our programs.

About You:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Experience working in early childhood education and creating safe, supportive, and engaging learning environments for children
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, positive, and child-focused approach
  • Current Working With Children Check, National Police Clearance, and completed Child Protection training
  • Successful applicants will be required to provide a minimum of two professional references
