Our opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Completed Diploma Educators to join our Honour Early Learning centre in Camp Hill. Our centres are proud to offer best in market environments and facilities, as we strive every day to make a true difference in the education and care of our children and families. Each educator at our centre is critical to our success and we take pride in enabling them to be and achieve their best with Honour.

About you

Experience: Minimum 1 years’ experience in Early Childhood Education.

Qualification: A completed Diploma

Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, proactive and creative attitude, who loves to engage with the children and families to offer a meaningful connections and experiences. Drawing on your training and experience you are a willing participant and a true team focused individual who will help the centre achieve its goals.

Your role as a Completed Diploma Educator

  • Build meaningful relationships with families and children, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for all.
  • Assist with open and close procedures as required.
  • Assist with the continuous improvement of the rooms and centre.
  • Engage with Centre Management with activities and initiatives.
