Job Description

Looking for flexible, school-friendly hours in Early Childhood? This could be perfect for you.

At Sparkways, we believe every child deserves a strong start in life — and that great educators deserve roles that fit around their lives too.

Why these roles work so well

  • Finish early — your afternoons are still yours
  • Work during school hours (perfect for parents!)
  • Keep your foot in the sector without committing to full days
  • Ideal alongside study, OSHC, or another part-time role
  • Join supportive teams and welcoming kinder communities

These roles are short in hours, but big in impact — you’ll be stepping in to support educators and ensure children continue to receive high-quality care and supervision throughout the day.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliability — these roles are key to keeping the day running smoothly
