Das St. Anna in Meggen ist ein spezialisierter Aussenstandort der Klinik St. Anna AG und fokussiert sich auf kurzstationäre und ambulante Eingriffe. Es erwartet dich ein familiäres Arbeitsumfeld mit schlanken Prozessen und einer engen, wertschätzenden Zusammenarbeit. Unser Ziel? Gemeinsam unsere Patientinnen und Patienten bestmöglich zu betreuen und eine interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe zu leben.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Selbstständiges Umsetzen von verordneten diagnostischen und therapeutischen Massnahmen mit Unterstützung durch unsere Fachangestellten Gesundheit
  • Führung und Verantwortung von Patientendokumentationen und Informationsweitergabe im zugeteilten Aufgabenbereich
  • Begleitung von Lernenden und Studierenden der pflegerischen Ausbildungen
  • Konstruktiver Austausch mit unseren Belegärzten

DEIN PROFIL

  • Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson (HF, FH, DNII, AKP)
  • Grosse Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und hohes Organisationstalent
  • Teamfähigkeit und Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende anzuleiten
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Zertifikat B2)
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie ein ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen
