Job Description

In the role of DIOR SPA Receptionist at Grand Hotel Timeo, you will be the first point of contact for our discerning guests, embodying the excellence and sophistication of the Dior brand. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience from arrival to departure. Your impeccable organizational skills and commitment to premium service will be essential in upholding Dior's unparalleled standards.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Warmly greeting and welcoming guests to the Dior SPA, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and managing all reception operations with grace and efficiency.
  • Managing treatment schedules and appointments accurately, coordinating with therapists and ensuring smooth transitions between treatments.
  • Handling all guest inquiries, bookings, and requests with professionalism and discretion, providing detailed information about Dior SPA services, products, and facilities.
  • Processing payments and managing cash handling, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial procedures.
  • Maintaining the pristine appearance and luxurious ambiance of the reception area and common spaces within the SPA.
  • Assisting with inventory management of Dior products and spa supplies, collaborating with the SPA management team.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs, and proactively resolving any concerns to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, promoting Dior's image and values through impeccable presentation and service.
  • Collaborating with the SPA team to ensure a cohesive and luxurious guest experience.

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably within a luxury hotel, spa, or high-end retail environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide personalized service to a discerning clientele.
  • A professional and polished demeanor, reflecting the prestige of the Dior brand.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and office software.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
