The role

As a DIO Technology Business Partner, you’ll be at the forefront of building and managing the business relationship between our ICT function and its clients, driving value from our ICT assets, investments, and capabilities. You’ll partner with divisional executives and stakeholders to proactively shape strategic business planning, support digital and ICT initiatives, and provide expert coaching to address ICT challenges.

In this dynamic role, you’ll navigate the complexities of engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders, balancing competing demands, driving innovative solutions, and exercising sound judgement in advising others on complex issues.

What you will bring to the role

• Experience in Technology business partnering, consulting or advisory roles, including direct senior level engagement.
• Strong capability to influence technology-related planning and shape demand for IT services.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Creativity and innovation to bring fresh ideas and approaches to problem-solving and project development. A solid understanding of ICT services, solutions, business integration and delivery.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to contribute to group efforts and support colleagues in achieving objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to articulate and present solutions, ideas and recommendations in a simple and effective manner.
• Experience providing advice on complex ICT matters with discretion and professional judgement.
• Capable of driving outcomes while effectively involving stakeholders throughout the process, fostering collaboration and buy-in.
• Enjoys autonomy and demonstrates proficiency in working independently, taking initiative, and making informed decisions, and managing competing priorities.

What is an essential requirement:

• Degree qualification in a relevant Technology discipline and/or equivalent relevant experience.
