LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting for a Senior Dinner Chef de Partie to join our Hotel Kitchen Team.

As part of our One Team culture, you'll help deliver unforgettable evenings for our guests as they return to the hotels after an action-packed day.

Shift opportunities include:

Full Time, Fully Flexible - 5 days out of 7. Due to the nature of our operation, weekend availability is essential.

Evenings Only (2pm until 11pm)

A day in the life of a Senior Dinner Chef de Partie would include...

  • Leading and coordinating the kitchen team to deliver a smooth dinner service
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to recipe specifications and brand standards
  • Maintaining exceptional food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards
  • Managing prep levels, stock control, orders, and waste tracking
  • Completing HACCP, temperature, and due diligence paperwork accurately
  • Delegating tasks effectively and supporting the development of junior team members
  • Overseeing closing procedures, including equipment checks
  • Maintaining full knowledge of menus and allergen requirements

What we're looking for...

  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage or Hospitality kitchen role
  • Food Safety Qualifications
  • Calm, organised, and confident under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
  • Flexible and adaptable to business needs
  • A positive, approachable attitude with a genuine team-first mindset
