Job Description

Schedule: Full time, days and evenings.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all aspects of the front of the house (FOH) operations in both Ferris Hills and/or Clark Meadows dining rooms: to maximize the dining experience and overall satisfaction of the residents.
  • Responsible for being the face and setting the tenor of the dining room(s) and on the floor during meal service and special events; oversees pre-meal lineups and is visible and available to residents and associates.
  • Collaborate daily with the Dining Services Manager to ensure that high standards of cleanliness, service and efficiency are maintained.
  • Perform accurate account of dining statistics related to meal credits, nightly reports, café sales and monthly food service report.
  • Enforce all department and health system policies and procedures as well as Department of Health Regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma Required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • At least three years of previous serving experience in a restaurant setting, preferable in a senior community.
  • Previous experience supervising dining services, specifically front of the house preferred.

Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00
